We video-called 4 Italian grandmas to keep them company during these difficult quarantine days due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Every grandma should have told us the recipe of her Easter tradition live: pastiera and casatiello made by nonna Enza and nonna Tina from Naples, “pecorelle”, a typical dish from Marche region made by nonna Fiorella from Corinaldo, and “pizza with cracks” from the Roman tradition, made by nonna Nerina. But during our chat, these sweet grandmas opened their hearts to us. Their Easter wishes are really special.
