This recipe is the perfect example of how you really don’t need any fancy or special ingredients to create amazing flavors.
It always fascinated me how the combination of olive oil, tomato and basil, is literally magic.
This is my absolute go-to pasta any day of the week, and it’s about to become yours too.
Tips:
1. the most important part of this recipe is having enough tomatoes to create a sauce. Adjust tomatoes accordingly to how many people you are, there can’t ever be too many
2. You also have to start with a lot of oil in the pan, this is the base of the sauce
3. I like using different colored tomatoes but if you only use red ones you’ll have a redder sauce
4. Always keep the cooking water of the pasta on the side!

– Basil
– Grated Parmesan
– Garlic
– Olive oil
