Olive oil – 4 table spoon
Butter – 50 / 100 gramm
Dry white wine – 100 , 150 gramm
Pasta water – half a cup
Full fat cream – 400 / 500 gramm
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Chopped parsley
