You can also use American, Swiss and French or any buttercream that you love working with. The buttercream is colored with Violet paste from Wilton. The cookie bird topper is my gingerbread recipe. This cake is good for a beginner. cake piping is done with a 104 petal tip, 14 star, 1 round, and a Tulip Russian Piping Tip.
