Ingredients:
– 1.5 Kg Cake Flour
– 750 grs. Fine Semolina (طحين فرخة)
– 7 tablespoons Powdered Milk
– 800 grs. Powdered Sugar
– 40 grs. Ground Mahlab
– 1 Lemon Zest
– 1.5 teaspoons Nutmeg (جوز الطيب)
– 20 grs. Yeast (خميرة)
– 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla
– 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
– 800 grs. Melted Butter
– 1.5 cup Lukewarm Water (I forget to mention in the video)
– 4 tablespoons Rose Water
– Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature
– Preheat Oven to 180 ̊C, Bake for 20 minutes or it depends on your Oven.
