This Recipe is a healthier approach than a stir fry.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Of our TVP “Taste Like” Chicken Chunks
2 Cups of Italian Dressing
1 Cup of Rice (This is enough for 2 people)
3 Bell Peppers
1 Large Onion of your choice
4 Scallions

Use the juice at the bottom of your baking dish and drizzle over the top of your meal for the finishing touch.

There will be leftovers of the mixture. This recipe could make 4 servings. Use 2 cups of rice for a full 4 servings.

*Stated in video bake at 350 for 20 minutes if you like a good crunchy texture. Bake up to 45 mins for a more softer texture.
