INGREDIENTS
-2pcs 800g spring chicken
-3-4Tbsp fish sauce for each chicken (total of 6-8Tbsp fish sauce)
-2Tbsp paprika for each chicken (total of 4-6Tbsp paprika)
-1cup cornstarch
-1/2cup flour
-ground black pepper
-1cup water (add more as needed)
