This easy pasta is for everyone. It is simple to make but divine in taste.

Ingredients:
Carrots (cubed) – 4 medium size
Capsicum (cubed) – 1 medium size
Sweet corns (boiled) – 100 grams
Pizza Cheese – 300 grams
Tomato (puree) – 8 medium size
Pasta (boiled) – 500 grams
Milk – 1 cup
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Oregano – to taste

Method:
1) In a pan, Saute carrots till golden in color and take out in a plate
2) Saute capsicum till golden in color and take out in a plate
3) Saute sweet corns for half a minute and take out in a plate
4) In a separate pan, cook the tomato puree on the medium flame
5) Add black pepper, red chilli powder, and salt in the tomato puree
6) Add milk in it and simmer it for 10 mins.
7) Add oregano and all the sauteed veggies
8) Cook for around 10-15 mins
9) Add the boiled pasta and cook till the sauce gets thicken
10) Dish out and pour cheese on top
11) Bake (top grill) for 10-15 min at 220 Celsius
