Stuffed eggs also known as Deviled eggs originated from Italy, whilst in Ghana hot pepper with onions are used as the filling. Eggs are very good source of Protein,Vitamin D, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6,Vitamin K, Calcium, Zinc and Iron hence very suitable to be consumed by everyone especially kids.This stuffed eggs recipe of mine is great, delicious and finger licking. In fact, it is a whole meal just like the saying goes, if you eat one egg, you have eaten a whole chicken so imagine me eating 3 pieces of this, that’s just by the way. Can be serve as breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner with other compliments like bread or anything of your choice. Try it at home and Thank me later.
INGREDIENTS
7 Medium Sized Eggs
5 Tbsp of Ketchup
1 Green Bell Pepper
Salt
DESCRIPTION
Boil Eggs
Cut into two
Mix Ketchup with egg yoke
Fill the white egg with the mixture (OR)
Top up with Ketchup or Mayo
