Today we eat a very popular dish in Italy. The macaroni omelette. We have prepared it with spaghetti, but it can also be made with other types of pasta. We first boiled the pasta in salted water, then we poured it into a bowl where we had already mixed eggs, grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
At this point in a frying pan we heated plenty of oil and started to cook the pasta just as you do with an egg omelette, in the middle of the omelette we put some diced provola cheese and sliced spicy salami. The omelette must be cooked on both sides until it becomes crunchy.
To quench our thirst, we chose a nice Sprite on the rocks.
