CARBONARA RECIPE
For all Carbonara lovers, here under you find the ingredients of the recipe we cook in my cooking classes ; instructions are in the video.
Ingredients ( 2 hungry people) :
220 gr Bucatini ( or other long pasta type )οΏ½
90 gr Guanciale (or pancetta )
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk οΏ½
70 g grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Freshly grounded black pepper & sea salt
