Hi mga kabonding!!!.. In this video I’m going to show you the Classic Lasagna Italian Style Recipe.
Ingredients:
Bolognese sauce:
50g white onion
50g celery
50g carotte
1kl ground beef/pork
500ml tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Saute the celery, white onion and carrots for 10 minutes.Then add the ground pork/beef and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Then add white white if desired. Then add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a minute.. Then add 1l of water and allow it to boil for 1 hour.. Then after 1 hour add again 1l of water. Then wait again for another 1 hour the add 1l of water and allow to cook for 1 hour.Total time to cook for bolognese sauce is 3 hours to make the sauce more tasty.
Set aside.
Besciamel sauce:
500ml milk
50g butter
50g flour
A dash of nutmeg
Salt to taste
Procedure:
In a separate pan warm the milk.. Then in another melt the butter then add the flour and mix,, once the milk is already hot add half of it in the melted butter and flour and continue mixing using the beater. Then add the remaining milk and continue mixing for 5 minutes until it thickens then add salt and a dash of nutmeg.Then once it’s ready put it in a bowl..
And now let’s do the lasagnaπ
Ingredients:
Bolognese sauce
Besciamel sauce
Parmigiano
Lasagna pasta
Procedure:
Get a baking pan for lasagna.. First put the Besciamel sauce in the baking pan and add the lasagna… Then put the bolognese sauce and besciamel sauce then Parmigiano and do it every layer of the lasagna.. On the last layer put more bolognese sauce, besciamel sauce and Parmigiano to make it more tasty and bake the lasagna in 180Β° for 25 minutes.. Then serve.
