Ingredients:
1/4 c flour
4 oz of mozzarella cut into sticks
1 c panko breadcrumbs
1 c crushed Cheez It crackers
1/2 c milk and 1 egg beaten together
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning (or oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme, &/or parsley)
Grated Parmesan
Marinara for dipping

Pot filled with 1″ of vegetable oil on stovetop to 350 degrees

If you try, hope you enjoy. Both recipes came out great. Great Cheez It flavor held on the Cheez It breaded and classic topped with parmesan gave great quality comparable to restaurant mozzarella sticks.
