Have you ever wondered how to make an excellent Italian risotto?
Here it is the gluten + lactose free recipe of this delicious italian recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
Q.B olive oil
1 glass of rice (per 1 and 1/2 person)
2 glass of water/ vegetable broth (per 1 and 1/2 person)
Q.B salt + spices
Q.B parmisean cheese
Q.B white wine
Q.B fresh mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the mushrooms into a pot and cook until them have softened and are golden;
Add the rice, stirring quickly., toast it with some white wine, and cook until the wine has mostly absorbed.;
Now add the broth/water * . Stir often and cook until the risotto is al dente and creamy, not mushy;
Mix in some parmesan.

*1 glass of rice (per 1 person + 1/2) = 2 glass of watrer/broth

INGREDIENTI:

Q.B Olio EVO
1 bicchiere di riso (per 1 persona e mezza)
2 bicchieri di acqua/brodo (idem come sopra)
Q.B sale + spezie
Q.B parmigiano
Q.B vino bianco
Q.B funghi freschi

PREPARAZIONE:

Cuocere i funghi in padella;
Aggiungere il riso e tostarlo con del vino;
Aggiungere il brodo/acqua e cuocere fino a che il riso non lo avrà assorbito;
Mantecare col parmigiano.

*1 bicchiere di riso = 2 bicchieri di brodo/acqua (per 1 persona e mezza)
