ingredients:
for the short pastry we need:
2 eggs
100 gr. sugar
60 gr. butter
20 gr. olive oil
340 gr. flour
1/2 sacher of baking podwer
for the lemon cream we need :
2 eggs
100 gr. sugar
30 gr. corn starch
500 gr. milk
juice of half of a lemon
