Six easy base soups.
Base
3 Tbsp butter
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 c vegetable base
All but black bean soup get 3 tbsp base and 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper mix.
Curry Cauliflower seasoning
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Brocolli Cheddar seasoning
1 Tbsp dried Italian herbs
1/2 shredded cheddar
1 tsp garlic & onion sauteed
Spinach seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Asparagus seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper
Roasted red pepper seasoning
4 Artichokes in water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp jalapeno
1 tsp onion and garlic sauted
Black bean seasoning
1/4 cup water with tsp chipotle base dissolved
1 tsp onion & garlic sauted
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chopped fresh jalapeno
1 tsp dried cilantro
Each soup is a base soup and can be adjusted when reheating.
