Amatriciana Recipe Ingredients for 4 people.

1 Pack of Rigatoni : 1lb
Guanciale or pancetta : 150 gr
Pecorino Romano : 100 gr

Peeled San Marzano : 400 gr
Peperoncino or pepper flakes : qb

Oliv oil a little

Salt and Pepper

White or Red Wine to deglaze
