self-rising flour 150g. (if you don’t have self-rising flour, add 7g. of baking powder to your all-purpose flour)
cocoa powder 55g.
3 eggs
milk 75ml.
softened butter 150g.
sugar 150g.
hazelnuts (or any other nuts or dried fruits) 55g.
a pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix for 3 minutes.
2. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 180โ.
3. Let to cool down and cover with cocoa powder.
