How to make a perfect homemade pizza

Bursting with rich aroma of herbs , spices and flavours, pizza is one of the most loved dishes of Italian cuisine . This pizza recipe is made with the combination of Indian flavours wirh delicious vegetables like onion, capsicum and tomatoes. Also adding paneer ( cottage cheese) , schezwan sauce, and mozeralla cheese to bring out the best flavours and making it mouth watering and spicy .

Schezwan sause can be prepared at home or you can use a bottled one . I used a homemade one and will be sharing that recipe soon.

This pizza recipe is undoubtedly one of the easiest recipes that you can prepare for your family and friends on occasions .You can add your own choice of veggies ,meat and spices to bring more flavours to the pizza. So, don’t wait much and try this easy recipe today for your loved ones!

Ingredients :

1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 active dry yeast
Rest for 5 min
2 cups all purpose flour / Maida
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Water as required (1/4 cup approx)
Rest the dough for two hours
Take half of the dough – flatten it , thicken the corners and prick with a fork
1 tbsp schezwan sause and 1 tbsp pizza sause
1/2 onion
1/2 capsicum
1/2 tomato
Any veggies or meat of your choice can be added
I cup mozeralla cheese
Pepper ( optional )
Bake at 200C for 25-30 mins ( depends on your oven )
