Ingredients:
300g all purpose flour
200g Manitoba flour
35ml olive oil
5g brewer’s yeast
10g sugar
Salt
125ml lukewarm water
125ml milk
Procedure:
Combine all liquid ingredients then mix well with your hand.
Then add the yeast then the flour until you make a dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough until it’s no longer sticky. Then flatten it and cut into circles. Set aside again for another 90 minutes.
Once it rises, poke holes on the bread then bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
