What’s better then a super immune booster smoothie to start the day in times like this where we need to protect our health more then ever? I strongly believe that my body is my temple and that it’s my duty to take full responsibility for it. So why don’t to start the day with a fully packed of nutrients smoothie? You’ll find the recipe here below, however my intention is to inspire you to throw in the blender what ever fruit and superfoods you have at home. Preparing food doesn’t have to be complicated , it has to be fun and joyful.

Recipe:
– 1 apple
– 1 banana
– 1 full teaspoon of Baobab powder
– 1 spoon of any mix of green powders
– 1 teaspoon of Camu Camu
– 1 Vitamin C tablet
– 1 Magnesium tablet
– 1 handfuls of Hemp Seeds
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 glass of hydrogenated water
Blend Blend Bled.
Add granola of your choice. Enjoy!
