How to make Bruschetta
Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. Variations may include toppings of tomato, vegetables, beans, cured meat, or cheese.
In this video we show you how to make Bruschetta, in my mother tongue which is Sinhala.
A description of the ingredients I use and what could sometimes be substituted when making this dish, while demonstrating the proper cooking techniques of executing this simple and elegant dish brought to us by the beautiful country of Italy.
