Ingredients List for this recipe:
1lb Italian Sausage (omit or use vegan/vegetarian sausage)
1/2 onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 bunch asparagus, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes – or – handful of sun-dried tomatoes
1lb pasta (your choice, gluten free or regular)
1 1/2 cup chicken or veggie stock
1/4 cup heavy cream (or plant milk)
Couple Handfuls Greens -( any kind – spinach, Swiss chard, kale etc.)
Parmesan (use Nutritional Yeast Flakes if Vegan)
sea salt
pepper
fresh basil (or dried if that’s all you have)
