youghurt(dahi) 3tbsp
ginger(adrak) paste 1tsp
garlic(lehsan) paste 1tsp

coriander(dhaniya) powder 1tbsp
cumin(zeera) powder 1tsp
chaat masala 1tsp
black salt(kala namak) 1/2tsp
black pepper(kali mirch) 1/4tsp
red chilli powder 1tbsp
garam masala powder 1tsp
fenugreek(kasuri methi) 1tsp
salt to taste
chinese salt (optional) 1tsp
paratha:
wheat flour 2cups
salt to taste
sugar 1tbsp
oil/ghee 1tbsp
water as required
Chutney:
yoghurt(dahi) 1cup
heavy cream 2tbsp
red chilli powder 1tsp
cumin(zeera) powder 1/2tsp
salt to taste
fenugreek(kasuri methi) 1/2tsp
use coriander leaves substitute to fenugreek
chinese salt(optional) 1tsp
