Ha senso in italiano significa “è logico”.
Per esempio: “Quello che dici ha senso”, “La frase che hai scritto ha senso”.
Fa senso significa “che crea un’impressione sgradevole o un turbamento morale”.
Per esempio: “Vedere il sangue mi fa senso”, “I ragni mi fanno senso”.

Ha senso means “it makes sense”.
For example: “Quello he dici ha senso” = “What you are saying makes sense”, “La frase che hai scritto ha senso” = “What you wrote makes sense”.
Fa senso means “it disgusts me”.
