The concept is led by chef and owner Beth Wells, who has built her career around handmade pasta and Italian cooking. After training in St. Paul, Wells worked in several notable kitchens, including Spoon and Stable, Bellecour, Heartland Restaurant, Restaurant Alma, Aces Restaurant in New York City and Chloe by Vincent in Minneapolis.
In addition to her restaurant experience, Wells has taught thousands of students how to make fresh pasta from scratch. At Twin Cities Pasta Club, she aims to make handcrafted pasta more approachable through exceptional food and warm hospitality.
