It’s never easy to pick one dish from the abundance of Italian delicacies. However, Ranveer Brar has decided to bring to you the Ratatouille Cannelloni — a dish the Italians swear by. Catch Ranveer Brar prepare this amazing dish, stylishly dressed in a fancy scarf tucked smartly in his pocket.

– Dice 2 tomatoes
– Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok
– Add I tablespoon garlic
– Chop 1 onion and add to the wok
– Add salt
– Add 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
– Add 1 cup red bell pepper
– Add 1 cup chopped yellow zucchini
– Add 1 cup chopped green zucchini
– Add the tomatoes
– Add 1 cup tomato puree
– 1 cup chopped and fried eggplant
– Add 2-3 tablespoon torn basil
– Add 4-5 cannelloni tubes in boiled water
– Add ½ cup ricotta to the ratatouille
– Take the cannoli out and fill them with ratatouille
– Put some ratatouille on a plate
– Put the cannelloni on top of it
– Add some tomato sauce
– Add ratatouille on top of the cannelloni
– Add grated cheese on top of it
– Add some more ricotta
– Add some more tomato sauce
– Put the plate in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
– Take the plate out and add feta cheese on top
– Add tomato slices
– Add some fresh basil
– Serve and dig in
