Today’s recipe is a very rich and flavourful dish. It’s perfect for parties, dinner or any special event.
Ingredients –
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Garlic – 3-4 cloves (chopped)
Onion – 1 medium size (chopped)
White Button Mushrooms – 450 gms
Baby Spinach – 1 Bowl
Cream – 1 1/2 cup
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Paprika – 1 1/2 tsp
Parmesan Cheese – 3/4 cup
Italian Herbs – 1/2 tsp
Rosemary – 1/4 tsp
Freshly Chopped Coriander for garnishing.
