



Cooked up a few pizzas for the kids tonight. First one a cheesy garlic bread and the second a vegetarian. They don’t like melted cheese (weird I know, but they’re very young so think it’s just the latest food thing), so non on theirs but I made myself a cheeky half 😝
70% hydration lighthouse bread and pizza flour (just Aussie supermarket stuff)
1g yeast
Balled after kneading and then fridge fermented for 3 days
