CHICKEN MEATBALLS | SPAGHETTI RECIPE | ITALIAN SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS | TASTY FLAVOURS

Ingredients for Spaghetti :
Spaghetti 454 gram or 1 lb/as needed
Water 14 cups/as needed for boil
Salt 3 tsp for boil
Oil 2 tbsp for boil
Onion chops 1/2 cup
Mince garlic 2 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp/oil
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp / as needed
Tomato paste 3 cups /as needed ( I used pre-cooked )/ as you like
Cream cheese optional
Grated cheese
paresley flakes optional

Ingredients for meatballs:
Chicken breast 1.5 kilogram / as needed
Besan/gram flour 2 tbsp
Sour yogurt 2 – 3 tbsp optional
Normal oil 3-4 tbsp for meat balls fry
Salt 1 – 1 tbsp Taste to salt
Bay leaves 2-3, green cardamom 6 , black cardamom 1small, chinamon stick 2-3, Broken nutmeg 1/8 part , Black pepper seeds 1/2 tsp, coriander seeds 1 tsp, cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Onion chops 1 cup,
coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Green chili 6 pices
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp /you can skip
Fried onions 1/2 cup
Mustard oil/normal oil 2 tbsp
Shredded cheese 1/2 – 1 cup
Egg 1,
Breadcrumb 3/4 cup
