A simple pepperoni and mushroom pizza with my three cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, and smoked scamorza) grated Pecorino Romano, Hormel Rosa Grande pepperoni, and a mix of Crimini and shiitake mushrooms. Out the oven topped with freshly grated Parmigiana Reggiano, and some lightly dried herbs.
