In many pasta recipes we might find the use of Italian herbs, but using my own trick, I substituted Italian herbs with the roasted Indian spices & trust me, nothing can beat the taste and flavours of it blending with the creaminess of pasta.
The aroma of the roasted spices makes it much more authentic & unique !!
