This is one of those pasta recipes, we spend lots of money on in restaurants. You can now make this at home with all your favourite viggies. I really hope you liked it! 😊

[INGREDIENTS]
To Boil the Pasta:
– Salt to taste
– 250gms pasta
– water

To make red sauce:
– 3 large sized tomatoes (puree)
– 2 Tsp refined oil
– 1 tsp butter
– 1 Tbsp crushed garlic
– 1 Medium sized finely chopped onion
– 1 Tsp red chilli powder
– 1 Tbsp chilli flakes
– 1 Tbsp mixed herb/oregano
– 4 Tbsp tomato ketchup
– Salt to taste
– 1 Medium sized diced capsicum

To make white sauce:
– 1 Tbsp butter
– 2 tsp refined oil
– 1 Tbsp all purpose flour(maida)
– 400ml full cream milk
– 2 Cheese cubes (grated)/ cheese slices
– Salt to taste

Method:
– In another pan, heat butter and oil
– Once the butter melts, add the chopped garlic and let it cook for a 2 minutes.
– Add the chopped onion and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, add chopped capsicum and let them cook for a minute.
– Add the tomato pulp to the above ingredients and let it cook for atleast 5-6 minutes.
– Add the ketchup, dried oregano or mixed herbs and red chilli flakes and stir well.
– Add the white sauce to the above ingredients and mix well.

– In a pan, heat butter and oil
– Add the plain flour to it and cook for a few seconds.
– Once it changes the colour slightly, add the milk. Keep whisking and bring it to a boil. Cook it until it’s thick.
– add cheese and stir
– Once the sauce is thick, get it off the flame.
– Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and stir well.
– The delicious pasta is ready to be served.
