Seeing a cook explain why a steak cooked rare takes just as long to come out as one cooked well done

I applaud the effort
having boiling water helps when you want to cook spaghetti… they don't cook well without heat from below and without water buddy ๐

When iโm in a hurry, i just ask the waiter to bring everything as they get ready. Entrance with the main, if one main takes longer than another, no need to waitโฆ things like like thatโฆ one time the hostess said that they needed to close in an hour; we said we would be done no worries if she took our order in5 minutes. We got 2 entrees, 2mains 2 desserts, filmed for YouTube, got out with time to spare ๐ even the staf came over to say hi and apologise. We left before other customers (during the pandemic, that city had a curfew, and could get fined)
