Meatball Recipe:
2 cups italian bread crumbs (Fresh bread preferred)
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
2 eggs
Marinara Sauce:
3 tsp. olive oil
3 cloves sliced garlic
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tbs dry basil mixed with 1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
Italian rolls
Provolone, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella cheese
