Spicy Italian Pickles 🌶️🥒

1. Fill a jar with your choice of raw veggies. Add sliced jalapeños always! Optional herbs, dried or fresh. Optional Ms.Dash Spicy Pasta Blend

2. Fill half the jar with vinegar.

3. Fill the remaining half of the jar with water or a low calorie, low sodium dressing. I use my Italian Dressing that I make with no added fat or sodium.

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to a few weeks. Perfect after 3 days!!!

Pro tip: you can reuse the marinade a few times 😉
