Galileo Enoteca Italian Wine Bar and Restaurant Manila – Must Try Cheese Wheel Pasta. Galileo Enoteca is a multi-awarded Italian Wine Bar and Restaurant tucked away in a quiet district of Mandaluyong. It was opened in 2004 by Gaetano Vitrano an Italian national who first came to the Philippines in 2000 to start a trading business for imported Italian wine and gourmet food products which eventually blossomed into a restaurant business.

Upon entering this dimly lit medieval tavern you will be enchanted
with the brick walls, wine cellar style dining rooms, oil paintings
and classic green and white checkered table cloths. They also have a fully stocked Italian deli with a fine selection of Italian cold cuts and cheese. This uniquely designed restaurant is an intimate place for dates and family gatherings to enjoy a bottle of wine, comforting bowl of pasta and enlightening conversations.

From the menu we would highly recommend the Sauteed Prawns in Garlic and their Signature Cheese Wheel Pasta with Funghi Porcini & Tartufo Bianco.
