Quick, flavorful sliders with Cajun-spiced chicken, andouille sausage, peppers, onions, and melty provolone on soft Hawaiian rolls. perfect weeknight meal ✨

Ingredients:
✨ 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
✨ Chicken, shredded or diced
✨ Fresh andouille sausage (smoked works too, but I love fresh because it cooks like Italian sausage)
✨ Bell peppers, sliced
✨ Onion, sliced
✨ Tony Chachere’s Spices N’ Herbs/your favorite Cajun Seasoning
✨ Provolone cheese slices

Directions:

1. Brown the chicken and fresh andouille sausage(take off the casing), breaking the sausage apart as it cooks.
2. Add the bell peppers and onions and cook until tender.
3. Season with Cajun seasoning.
4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the bottom with provolone cheese.
5. Add the Cajun chicken and sausage mixture, then top with more provolone and the top half of the rolls.
6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is perfectly melted.

Pro tip: Don’t skip covering the sliders first! 😅 I forgot that step in my video, but it helps the cheese melt evenly and keeps the rolls soft before they get beautifully toasted.
