Ingredients:
2 tbsp Gochujang Paste
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Chilli Oil
1 cup Pasta of choice (cooked)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1 Onion (finely chopped)
6-8 Garlic Pods (finely chopped)
1⁄2 cup Cream
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Method:
1. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan, add in onion, garlic and saute for a minute.
2. Add in the Gochujang Paste with some pasta water and mix well.
3. Add the cream, parmesan cheese and mix well. Add cooked pasta and combine well with the sauce.
4. If required add more parmesan cheese and pasta water to make it saucy.
5. Transfer to a serving dish, top it off with chili oil and garnish with spring onion curls.
