Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 medium yellow onion, diced

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

2 cups dry elbow macaroni

Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Transfer the beef and onion mixture into your slow cooker.

Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 1.5–2 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the dry macaroni. Cover and cook until the pasta is tender. If the sauce becomes too thick, stir in a splash of water or broth to reach your desired consistency.

Season with salt and pepper, stir well, and serve warm.
