Here the method of preparation of the Veal Pepper Pasta or Beef Pepper Pasta or Meat Pepper Pasta is given
Ingredients
Veal or Beef pieces 75 gms boiled for 40 minutes with Turmeric powder , coriander powder and other spices with the broth
150 gms of Pasta
10 ml of oil.
500 ml of water
1 Onion cut into pieces
1 tomato cut into pieces
! spoon of Fennel powder
1 Spoon of Pepper powder
Half a spoon of turmeric powder
25 gms of garlic cut into pieces
25 gms of ginger cut into pieces
Salt to taste
Preparation
Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. Put in the onion pieces and saute till golden brown. Add the garlic and the ginger and saute well. Add the tomato pieces and saute. Put in the turmeric powder, fennel powder and pepper powder and saute well. Add salt to taste and mix. Add 500 ml of water and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture boil. Then add the pasta and mix well. Let the mixture cook for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes of cooking add the veal or beef pieces with broth (which has already been cooked for 40 minutes with coriander powder, turmeric powder and other spices )and saute and mix thoroughly for 6 to 10 minutes. Take off the flame and serve
