Mimosa cake
Dough:
2 eggs
125g sugar
150g all purp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
15cm baking pan
Cream:
2 egg yolks
50g sugar
20g all purp. flour
1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
1/2 tsp. Vanilla sugar
200 ml milk
125g whipped cream
Bake at 180 degrees celsius aprox. 30 min.
