𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐦 & 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞
(40g+ protein per serving and only one dish to clean!)
This might be the easiest high-protein dinner I’ve made all year.
Everything goes into one baking dish uncooked, and the oven does all the work. The pasta cooks right in the sauce, the meatballs get perfectly tender, and the cottage cheese adds extra protein and creaminess without anyone even knowing it’s there.
Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or feeding a hungry family.
