I always wanted to learn how to make a good fresh Homemade Garlic bread…but every time the recipe I had was not the right ones…once did not have enough butter…another time came out too grease…what about the Garlic? if you put too little…we can not called Garlic bread…
if you add to much..well let’s not talk about that🤭
Here my recipe approved by friends and family!😅
My version has a little Italian touch made with a blend of 4 classic Italian herbs
Oregano, Basil, Thyme and Parsley….you can make it yourself or you can buy them already mixed from any supermarket.
Spread enough for 2 part-baked baguettes
70g Margarine (if you are Dairy intolerant or Vegan)
or unsalted Butter
5g Salt (just less than teaspoon)
14g Italian Mixed Herbs (2 teaspoons)
2 small cloves of Garlic
Bake at 180′ Celsius
15-16 minutes untill is Golden Brown
Freezer-Friendly
p.s. if you are gluten free you can just change the type of baguettes with gluten free ones…Job done!
