Easy 20 minute dinner
Creamy air fried feta pasta with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers & garlic. Easy viral-style pasta recipe ready in minutes 🍝🔥
Only have 15 minutes to make dinner? The viral cherry tomato, feta pasta is a crowd pleaser and can be made so easily in the airfryer!
Have you ever seen this pasta shape before?
Because I definitely hadn’t! I spotted it in duty free at the Venice airport and instantly knew I had to bring a few packs home with me; honestly, such a good decision.
For the first time making this gorgeous pasta, I wanted a sauce that would really do it justice.
This is my version of the viral cherry tomato and feta pasta, but with red bell pepper added in. You can easily throw in any red or orange veggies you like for some extra fibre too! This pasta is honestly unreal. I’m usually not a huge feta fan on its own, but once it melts into the sauce, it turns super creamy and delicious. You seriously need to try this recipe, it’s ridiculously easy!
Ingredients for 4-5 servings:
* 1 block feta cheese (around 200g)
* 4-5 servings of pasta (around 300g)
* 300g/1 bag cherry tomatoes
* 1-2 red bell peppers
* 1 red onion
* 1 head of garlic
* Seasoning of choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper)
Method:
* Add all of the ingredients listed above to your air fryer and air fry at 200c/400f for 15 minutes
* Whilst the veggies are cooking, boil your pasta, following the timings on your package. I found the coolest pasta shape while I was visiting Italy; you will definitely see this shape in my future videos!
* When the airfryer is done, let the veggies cool slightly before adding them to your blender
* Squeeze out the cooked garlic into the blender and throw away the remaining peels. Add ½ cup of pasta water to the blender along with the veggies and feta cheese
* Blend until smooth, add more water if necessary
* It should be a smooth pourable texture
* Lastly, pour your delicious sauce over your pasta and mix
* Since I was meal prepping this, I added chicken to the pasta for protein! You can add any meat that you want to add to this or you can also have it plain.
This recipe is way too easy to make and it only takes 15 minutes to prep servings for the whole work week!

I'd love to see a lemon cream sauce if you're able! I've seen that pasta shape just once, when i was in little Italy in San Diego.
