Let’s cook the tasty chicken pasta in Indo-Italian style.
INGREDIENTS:
MEAT:
6 – chicken (skin out & bones out).
PRODUCE:
1/4 cup – Peas.
1/4 – Capsicum red.
1/4 – red chilli (deseeded).
1 – Green chilli (deseeded).
2 cloves – Garlic.
1 inch – Scallion.
1/2 – onion.
1 – mushroom.
1/2 – tomato.
CONDIMENTS:
1 tsp – salt.
1 tsp – pepper black.
PASTA & GRAINS:
1 cup – Pre-boiled pasta.
OILS & VINEGARS:
1 tbsp – olive oil.
3 tbsp – Delmonte ketchup.
STEP BY STEP:
In a frying pan;
-pour oil.
-add chicken pieces.
-keep frying in pan so as it gets golden in colour.
-add salt & pepper.
-add garlic , saute for a minute.
-add mushroom and fry for 5 minutes.
-add peas & onions (chopped).
– fry till transparent.
– add red & green chilli, capsicum, scallion & tomato & stir fry for 3 minutes.
-add Del monte ketchup.
-stir & mix.
-after 2 minutes add boiled pasta.
– stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
-turn off the knob.
-garnish with herbs like basil/parsley and enjoy.
