Agar Agar (Plain China Grass) – 6 gm.
Water – 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/3 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Paan Masala – 1 tsp
Gulkand (Dry Rose Petal Jam) – 2 tbsp
Betel Leaf – 1 (finely chopped)
Saffron strands – 10-12
Thandai Syrup – 2 tbsp
Rose Syrup – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped 3-4 Almonds, 3-4 Pistachios and colourful sugar coated Fennel seeds – for garnishing.
