Very simple and delicious, this sort of cheese bread that my mother does from time to time (often to recicle cured meat leftovers) is something that you can add to your “aperitivo”, or serve as a rustic starter.
Perfect together with fresh Prosciutto or cured meat sausages, can be served when it’s still warm, or cold.

2 Eggs
3/4 cup Grated Pecorino Cheese
1/2 glass White Wine
1/2 glass Peanut Oil
2 3/8 cups All Purpose Flour
5 tsp Instant Yeast
Mixed Diced Cured Meat (optional)
