Not all pasta is created equal.
Two packets can look identical on the shelf… but one will hug your sauce beautifully and the other will let it slide straight to the bottom of the plate.
In this video I rank the most famous Italian pasta brands, from industrial giants to artisan producers, and I show you the 3 things I ALWAYS check before buying dry pasta.
This isn’t about price. It’s about understanding quality.

One of the best Is pasta Felicetti, made with pure water of the Dolomiti mountains in the North of Italy ……the rest in the video Is shit
A few months ago I started to buy Rummo from Amazon, I am sticking with it, I really like it.
I live somewhere I can’t get more than 2-3 brand of pasta. Luckily, I have La molisana
Mountain hair, oh no, these subtitles 😂
Anyhow, thanks for the video! Really appreciate it
Looks like he is reading… Everyone wants to eat.
I tried the new (at least in Greece) Barilla variety. Barilla Al Bronzo. Its like Rumo in my opinion
La Molisana ….
Cuocco is the best and you get more in some of their pastas too. ❤ And homeade sauce always for me no canned tomatoes. I never get acidity with homemade.
Delallo pasta. It's a taste of home for me, made in Italy with durum wheat and semolina, bronze plates and imported to Jeanette, PA.
Voiello is s tier like garofalo
What about Poiatti?
I also like Mozzo, not all supermarkets have it
Verrigni
Voiello in the same ranking as De Cecco is insane
I’m italian and I always go with Rummo 🙌🏻
BARILLA È ETERNO!!!!!
Hi, Vincenzo. Here, near Barcelona, I have been able to buy a cheap supermarket brand of pasta (but bronze-drawn) called Berruto. Then, in butcher shops, they sell Ferrarini artisanal pasta, which costs almost four euros. I don’t know if you have tried any. Tomorrow I will go check at the greengrocer where I buy La Molisana penne rigate because I know they have a brand I have never seen before (they also sell Rummo pasta, which cannot be found in the supermarkets here). I will tell you which one it is here, in case it sounds familiar. Thank you very much for the video, as always.
0 ball knowledge
Divella D tier, till my grandmother makes Spaghetti Vongole with them.
What about agnesi?
“Questa lista è perfetta. Tutti i tipi di pasta che conosco sono messi nella categoria giusta. Bravo Vincenzo!"
Barilla Red Box??????
pasta preferita
bucatini
pappardelle
Brands Agnesi and Liguori.
Ciao
I want to try pasta with mountain hair
