Just a quick recipe to feature the sear/saute mode on the Ninja Foodi.
A very quick low calorie, low carb dish to make in the Ninja Foodi.
If you don’t have a Zoodle maker, they can be bought pre made in your local market.
8 medium Shrimp
1 cup / 1 zucchini zoodles
Seasonings (pinch or to taste)
Italian season blend
Red pepper flakes
Garlic powder
Salt
Preheat Ninja Foodi on the sear/saute mode for 5 min
While foodi is preheating season your shrimp with a little bit of olive oil and your season blend.
Once the pot is hot cook your shrimp first about minute and a half for each side. Remove shrimp from pot.
Toss in zoodles a little drizzle of olive oil. (not too much) Cook zoodles for about one min till heated through and they look round like a noodle.
Toss Shrimp back in with the zoodles, give a quick toss together to get them mingling.
This dish cooks up quick don’t over cook,
